Procedures

In order to contract the electric supply in a house, we need:

-       Electrical installation certificate (butlletí elèctric).

-       Certificate of Occupancy.

-       Certificate from the Hble. Comú de la Massana or Ordino.

-       Passport or identity card of the new contract holder.

-       Signed authorisation of the contract holder if he/she can’t come.

-       IBAN number.

 Contract price:  25€/kW (+ 4,5% IGI): the first 20 kW (from 0 to 20 kW).

If you would like to end your electricity contract with us, you must come to our customer service office with

- an identity card or passport

- the reading of your electric meter.

The last invoice must be paid in our office when you sign to terminate your contract.

 

You may also authorise another person to act on your behalf, if they bring an authorisation.

Fill in this authorisation form, in order to allow someone else to represent you or ask for information related to your contract and invoices.

If you would like to increase your electric power, we need:

· Certificate of electrical installation (must be done with the same name as the current contract).

· Passport or identity card of the contract holder or the representative of the company.

· Signed authorisation of the contract holder if he/she can’t come.

New contract price: 36€ (+4,5% IGI) + 25€ (+4.5% IGI) for each kW more you need

 

In order to decrease your electric power, we need:

· Passport or identity card of the contract holder or the representative of the company.

· Signed authorisation of the contract holder if he/she can’t come.

New contract price: 36€ + IGI (4,5%)

 

Important: if your meter does not support the new power and a new meter has to be installed, 
this will generate an additional invoice of the costs of material and works. 
In this case we will always inform you in advance.
